Katara Tower
A design that will be recognized across the globe and will be identified as a symbol of Qatar. Strongly influenced by Qatar coat of arms, the towers’ design with its gently curving lines resembles crossing swords. The towers will host luxury 5-star and 6-star hotel and branded apartments with over 1,000 splendid units comprising hotel rooms, residence apartments, offices, recreational facilities, specialist boutiques and top-class restaurants. This will be achieved by joint efforts of an international team of global leading consultants and world-class operators.
Man-made floating island connected to the mainland with bridges adds on to the picture of luxurious development. It will accommodate leisure and water sports facilities, water park and restaurants all perfectly set within the lavish garden environment.

Dusit D2 Salwa
DusitD2 Salwa, a contemporary destination located in the heart of Doha within walking distance of business premises. The property includes 235 well-appointed rooms and suites, state-of-the-art meetings and banqueting facilities, an exclusive lounge, an outdoor swimming pool, a health club, and a fitness center. Nestled in the heart of Doha and strategically placed near shopping and exploring local sites, dusitD2 Salwa lets you experience all that Doha has to offer. The hotel features stylish and contemporary rooms with luxurious amenities including international restaurants, an outdoor swimming pool, a health club, a massage room, prayer room, Dusit Club Lounge and fully equipped meeting venues.

MONDRIAN HOTEL
Designed by world renowned interior designer Marcel Wanders, the hotel brings guests to a world where anything can happen and around each corner lies another surprise.
Toscana Venture has been instrumental in the interior finishing works from the supply and installation of high-end full body porcelain large format intricately cut floor tiles and wall panelling with unrivalled quality and appearance, uniquely designed and produced carpets for all the guest rooms and corridors including the installation of all the gypsum and other decorative false ceilings and so many other distinctively designed work of arts.
The interior fit-out of two signature restaurants was also directly undertaken by our team including other key areas with close coordination with other disciplines at site while the hotel was still under construction.
Today, the bespoke hotel teases the eye with its whimsical motif brought to life never seen before with a new level of vivacity that offers exceptional lifestyle luxurious in its form.
Corinthia Yacht Club
The new Corinthia Yacht Club project developed by UDC, will be managed by Corinthia Hotels, and located in Porto Arabia at The Pearl-Qatar. It will span a built-up area of 2,232 sqm and will feature a state-of-the-art design, stunning views, and many facilities including fine dining restaurants, climatized outdoor seating, as well as a cigar lounge, several meeting rooms, and many more services that help create a leisurely feel.
With its modern design and elegant settings, Corinthia Yacht Club will offer a unique ambiance within charming marina backdrops. It will be therefore the ideal location for casual gatherings and enjoyment as well as a prized addition to the distinctive facilities of The Pearl-Qatar. It will equally reinforce the Island’s position as a remarkable destination that provides exceptional experiences and innovative concepts that serve tourism and hospitality.

The Diabetes Hospital At Lusail
The development project is inclusive of a 4-floor diabetes hospital building located in Lusail, Qatar. With the latest technological advances and psychological discoveries in patient treatment which includes an intensive care unit, labs, pharmacy, and parking facilities. Basis of the design is holistic, and this can be interpreted from several aspects:
- Optimal workflow
- A calm and soothing environment in which care is provided
- Efficiency laid out medical and non-medical spatial plans including efficient circulation pathways between different departments, in addition to linkages between public and medical spaces. From the lobby at the front of central core one can gradually transition to more private or semi-private spaces. These are quieter and secluded areas which interface

HANDBALL STADIUM LUSAIL
The main purpose of the interior renovation works for the VIP and VVIP Royal Lounges inside the newly built Handball Stadium was to enrich the interior motif and transform the entire space to an abode superlative for royal guest. This was achieved by introducing a well-arranged layout and the use of elegant modish furniture and designer lightings including the placements of ornamental accessories to complete the entire setting.
Toscana Venture was able to deliver the project on time in the face of the exceedingly momentary period of site implementation and the tight deadline issued by the Main Contractor.
EGGSPECTATION
A Canadian café-restaurant in Doha with its extraordinary menu options for the ultimate all day, dining experience.
The layout and design of the restaurant based on the original concept of the franchisee was developed and drafted by Toscana Venture design team including the actual fit-out works being carried-out by our project site implementation team under the control of precisely expressed project management by our Project Site Engineers.
The whole project including all the required FF&E was completed with high-positive response from the Client.

Is a place uniquely Shakespearean where you can go with friends, colleagues and family to enjoy a good meal and relax knowing there’s always something to look forward to on the menu.
Established in the burgeoning metropolis of Dubai in 2001 and has evolved into a repertoire more than a few restaurants across the world. Our design team has meticulously drafted the necessary technical and shop detail drawings, conscientiously done coordination works, civil defence application and approval from other government agencies for the interior fit-out of the four branches located in prominent places in Qatar.
Commissioned to carry-out the actual fit-out works, Toscana Venture fit-out team under the supervision of our Project Site Engineers together with the design team has achieved completing the complex design of these four restaurants with the full satisfaction on the part of the Client.
PRIVATE VILLA AT WEST BAY LAGOON
The nominal ornate decoration created as you enter this Sitting Room enhances the very heart of the interior motif that is being achieved. Accentuated by an elegant crystal chandelier hanging over a hand painted recessed dome-like ceiling surely bring into line the interior ambience of this villa.
A staircase has to be aesthetically functional. Details of the hand-railings has been daintily designed to create that grandeur which has been harmonized with the swags that floats on the lofty curtain wall windows.
A relaxing sense of comfort with soft tones of earth colours on fabrics, wall finish, curtain & furniture are of essential value to a Bedroom.
LUXURY APARTMENT AT ZIGZAG TOWER
An enchanting touch of purple breaks the monotonous white motif enhancing the minimalist layout and design of this luxury apartment creating a very pleasant space to live in.
